I would say freeze dried would be more bang for your buck. Feeding frozen will be mostly water so you may not be feeding as much as you think.
I have not seen frozen blackworms either

I have feed the frozen blackworms in the past. They do not freeze like bloodworms, bloodworms retain their body structure while blackworms get a bit mushy and break apart some. I prefer to feed the freeze dried version and it stays cleaner in the tank IMO.
