Not Good News for Beef Heart Users

dis it's not a typo. I paid 20$/lb twice before I found out what other people were paying.
Don't use it anymore, use Al's fdbw instead.

A bit off subject but....Wieners can have beef heart,along with pig snout,lips,stomach,kidneys,liver ect.Eyeballs,crushed bones and testicles are not allowed.People who work at a local plant will not eat the wieners.

Yeah, I stay away from those poison sticks too.

I've wondered more than once Al how my beefheart fried up would taste. Other than probably the flake food I add to mine, there isn't anything I wouldn't eat individually.

I've eaten plenty of venison heart. Sliced rolled in flour and fried with onions along with the liver. Good stuff.

YUCK !! Gross !!! I'll stick with chicken and fish now.. NO BURGERS.. As for keeping weight on discus, I vote for FDBW sold by Al.. He has told us about protein and benefits of FDBW and I have experienced this.. My rio negro heckles have great weight nd are growing VERY large. They are fed earthworm and spirulina flakes, fbs and FDBW.. Very clean tank and happy discus.. I do not feed beefheart any more and I used to feed a lot when I had 12 tanks
