This will be where I track my progress on my 110 gallon custom acrylic wild discus biotope. On Tuesday the tank arrived after almost a year of paying and waiting. Now to start the stand build with my husband. Then the DIY 3D Background. For now I do not see my fish going in here until April ish maybe later. I am not going to rush through this project but wanted to go ahead and start the thread now that the tank is here. Some teaser pictures. This is a 1/2" thick custom acrylic tank. The front three sides are seamless with beveled 2 front corners. I am quite pleased with the outcome of the tank and the euro braced top with removable panels. I worked through a local distributor here in town to get this, Triad Reef Critters in Greensboro NC. I do believe their vendor is Acrylic Aquariums Direct down in Florida. It will house my wild green tefe discus, my dicrossus filamentosus group and corydoras from the current show tank, plus a possible few new fish I am debating over.

I will keep filtration, lighting, and decoration very similar to my current set up. Thanks for viewing.

Congrats, It looks like a great start to a beautiful system. I can't wait to see the progress.
