Just a bristlenose. Nice one.
Hi guys hoping someone can help me. I have recently started a planted community tank for my son. Wanted something he can be more involved with than the discus tank. I really enjoy plecos but decided to remove them from the discus tank due to the mess.
Was at one of my local lfs and saw this little guy labeled as a lemon drop. The more I search about them I find very little info. From what I read it's a color morph of the standard bristlenose. Some just say that it's a sales pitch to sell a slightly different looking bristlenose. Any photo I find do not look like this one.
Did I get lucky and score a gold nugget for a low low price or is this the obscure lemon drop??
Thanks for your opinions and info. 115201717276.jpg1152017172632.jpg

Over 50 years in fish and it still feels brand new!! Woodduck
looks like a nice BN to me. Gold Nuggets look much different, spots are very symmetrical.

Ancistrus sp. Thre real doliopterus is different ad way prettier. This is an aquarium strand, mixture o many south brazilian species.
