New discus order from Hans

I would like to thank Hans for all his help with my new fish. Attached for your comments are the Sixteen 2 1/2" Discus from two orders from Discus Hans. The first group of Six Snake Skin Reds I have had for a week the second Ten "Our Choice" Mix arrived Wednesday. They are all happy and loving the Hans beef mix. I will post more info on my current setup when I get some free time.

40Gal. cube tank with auto water change 25% 4X daily. Temp 86. Feed Custom Hans beef mix 4X a day. Moving to larger tank in a few weeks.

What kind of selection did you get with the 10 we pick?

Looks like the mix is mostly blue diamonds (I think I also see a dark angel and a turk), which will be a nice contrast to the intricate red patterns of the Red SS. It is really fun to watch small fish develop, Red SS is a great strain to watch develop. Enjoy!

Good luck with your grow out group Michael.
I started with stendker 2 inch group 2 months ago and although it can be exhausting from time to time ,its very interesting to watch them grow day by day .
One thing that suprised me a bit is that this Stendker batch is colouring much slower than the Asian counterparts . 5 months age with almost 5 inch size , and still no decend colouring on SS , Alenquers and Santarems .I guess patience is the virtue here .

I'm curious if Hans offers info about the strains in his choice pack ?
