Any Recipe for medicated food without BH ?

Hello! So Couple of days ago i finally got my meds from US like ( seachem Metroplex and api general cure) so now i would like to make some small batch of medicated food out of metroplex (or general cure if its better ) but the point is that i dont have access to Beef Heart so i would love is some could post some good recipe without BH and with exact grams,KG i should use !

If you are making your own food, you can add the metro to your food at a rate of 1 gram metro per 4 oz feed. This you would feed exclusively while treating the ailment. If the fish has a favorite pellet or flake, use that.. measure out the amount of food and metro. Mix together well. Then add a small amount of water.. mix more so you get it like paste or pate. Flatten it out in a zip lock bag and freeze. or dry in the oven with the door open and low heat (100F) .. You should be able to use the same recipe with any dry or freeze dried food.

Please note its based on Pure metro. Seachems I think is 70%? so take that in account.

So you can freeze metro without it loosing its effect? This would greatly reduse how much mess feeding medicated food make. Now I just do like the packet says mixing it with pellets and water untill I get a paste. It dissolves pretty fast and foul my water.
Would be great if I could freeze it.
