Hi there.
I am currently making a food with beefheart, fish, shrimp, spirulina and multivitamines. My fry and fish loves it. But beefheart is not so easy to get here. Also after reading more about it it seems to me like beefheart only has about 23% protines.
I tought the reason to add beefheart was protines.
I recently made a batch where I replaced the beefheart with freeze dried blackworms. As this has much more protines. Problem again is that I have to import blackworms.

I can get my hands on silkworms and crickets for a pretty decent price here tough. What do you guys think about using this as my main protine source in my homemade food? They run at about 52-56% protine
