    Default Help Ph Too high

I have started a new tank and it has been cycling for 4 weeks now.
My PH level is in the high.
I have tried strees zyme, PH down with no success.
How do I get my PH levels down

Today's domestic discus adjust to high ph pretty well.

Hi Nicole. I see that you're from Melbourne. What levels of Ph are you getting? Ph straight out of our tap should be around 6.8.
    We're here for a good time...not a long time

Do not worry about the ph specially if you have domestics, keep your water conditions stable, remember ph is exponential and you can harm your fish. You will need softer water and lower ph only for breeding. Also I had successfully spawn fish with relative hard water just the size of the spawn tends to be smaller. domestic discus are evolving more and more.
    wilds is another story though.

Breeding , interest and goals Wilds Heckels and Cuipeuas and a few Domestics pairs with occasional fry as well as Angels fancy Plecos , corys and shrimps.

I keep mine in a very hard tap water 330 TDS / with PH once stabilized being 8.0 - 8.2 degree.
That's the highest tolerable level of PH for domesticated discus IMO but its still doable .
