DISEASE QUESTIONNAIRE

Problem

1. Please explain the problems with your fish. When did you notice the problems and did anything unusual happen that you think started them?

This just recently started within the past week. I've had these 4 stendker discus for roughly two weeks now. They are very active always begging for food and they will practically eat the food from my hand. However this happened too me twice while around the tank or doing a water change. One would freak out and the rest of them would freak out as well. They bang around the glass violently for a few seconds and then they all calm down and group together in the corner.

2. Symptoms (i.e. turning dark, excess slime, not eating, clamped fins, flashing, darting, clamped gills, white/yellow/green poop, hiding, headstanding or tailstanding, white on tips of fins, rotting or fungus, blisters/white zits on fish, bloated, cloudy eyes, wounds).
