It did not eat all week and hung by himself. It takes in food but spits it out right away.
I increased WC's and it passed this and is acting better, hanging more with the group, but still eats and spits.
I would try a round of epsom salt as a starter.. 1 tablespoon per 10 gal. Clear out its gut.

The regular /brown part of its poop looks promising and like its heading for a recovery Neptune . I would try to speed up things by bumping the temp. up to a 31-32 C for a couple of days too.
Couple water changes, little salt, he is feeling better! He ate some this morning, but his behavior is much better. Hanging with the herd....picking at stuff...

Honestly, it picked up the appetite on all the fish! They are back to attacking ME when I put my hand in the tank!
