New to R.O.water can someone help please.

Hi Jorge, is your ph tester a pin, monitor. Is it calibrated?

Hey Pat, i had my ph tester calibrated ..also had my tab water and ro water checked from 3 of my local pet stores and the water coming out of my tab is 9.3 same as my RO System.
My question now is that normal or does the RO Water be lower PH.
Or did i do something wrong,thanks.

Hi Jorge, something is definitely wrong. Perhaps see if your RO menbrame is inserted the wrong way in the cartridge.

I returned my aqualutio and bought a bulk reef and my ph is still 9.1 wth man.. could it be my water?

Are you measuring the RO product water or the RO waste water?
