Male became sick while looking after his fry

How to help a young male who became sick while looking after his fry. Fry are nearly one month old. Day before yesterday found female looks tired and isolated her considering give her a break. And this morning found male is sick and his fin is destroyed partially. So male is now also isolated. FYI, female is now looking fine.

Now, is keeping him alone with regular take care is ok ? or does he need extra care/medication ?
