I have an aqueon pro 250 and a fluval e300 in my 75. Have had no issues for the passed year but I rely on my inkibird not the heaters themselves
What do you guys think is the better heater I'm going to buy a couple of heaters for my 125 thinking either 2 aqueon pro 250s or 2 jager 300 which do you guys think is better or more reliable thanks

I've used Aqueon Pros since they first came out and like them pretty well. I've had a couple fail but with a simple picture of the heater with the cord cut off and a copy of the receipt emailed to them they quickly sent replacements. The folks at Aqueon took super good care of us at the Chicago NADA show too.

I have two 300W Aqueon Pro's running in my 20G sump providing heat for my 125F discus tank. Temp stays spot on at 83F via temp controller. Would recommend these over the eheim's.
ok thanks guys looks like everyone likes the aqueon pros better do they make 300 watt aqueon pros Ive only seen up to 250 in the pro style I'm sure it really doesn't matter since ill have two in the tank
Sorry, I have three 250W Pro's in my 40G breeder tanks and two 300W Aqueon heaters in my sump for my 125G tank, all from Ken's.
ok thanks so two aqueon pro 250 will be suitable for a 125 gallon tank correct looks like one is rated for 90 gallons
should be fine, i have 2x 300w for a 120 and feels like overkill.
i had a Jager fail and kill some fish on me once, never again.
I like my Aqueon Pro 200W. I really like the Green LED when the heater is not heating. A little less guess work compare to other brand.
