    Default Drip System?

I'm setting up a 75 gallon discus aquarium i have a water source no more than 10ft away from the tank, is it OK if I install a drip system, it would be a slow stream of cold water, the heater may come on more but i don't really care. Does anyone have one setup, or would anyone see any objections? And yes i have a way of treating my water before it goes into the tank. lol

How many gallons of water will it turn over in a 24 hour period? Drip systems aren't very efficient because they remove a mix of dirty and fresh water, whereas water changes remove just dirty water and replace it with clean water. Also, have you tested your water after aging it for 24 hours to see about the pH fluctuation? If you have a large change in pH from aging, this makes the drip system not ideal for discus.
