I used Stability to cycle my tank before fish and it still took a very long time. Almost 5 weeks if I remember correctly. It was torture. Part of it was my fault. I let the Nitrates get way too high and stalled the cycle. Keep a close eye on parameters and make sure your water changes are keeping up with those Nitrates. You may need bigger ones then add the Stability right after.

The cloudiness may be an algae bloom common during cycling- it will clear once your bacteria catches up. The Stability may make it cloudy for a second but clears right up.
