Finally they have laid eggs
This is a discus pair sevived from a deadly disease. Still dont know wt it is exactly.
Anyway they have laid eggs this evening.
They r only 2 fish in that tank.
They have laid eggs on the top of the songe filter pvc tube.
Both of them are guarding them n one discus move away once in a while. The other remain still.
According to quick internet search they can be two females also.
Are there any specifics that I can consider they are a actual couple u jniw male and female ?
Also I added some methylene blue to protect eggs from any kind of parasites attack.
Please please tell me anything I have missed out ?
How will be the water changing now ?
Please guide me.

Re: Finally they have laid eggs
At this point, clean water and keep an eye on them. Since you didn't see them lay eggs, kind hard to determine the female. She is usually the one who stays and fans the eggs. If you have wigglers, then you know you have a female and male. If all the eggs turn white after 48 hours, you may have 2 females or the eggs weren't fertilized. Since they are alone in the tank, let nature take its course.
