Did my cycle stall?

Im about a week into my fishless cycle. I started with Dr. Tims Aquatics nitrifying bacteria and am dosing with his ammonia also. I dosed ammonia to 2ppm, it has since dropped to 1 ppm and nitrites are .25-.50 ppm but has been stuck for about 3 to 4 days? Its beem years since I cycled a tank and I feel like the readings were never the same for numerous days. Did it stall?

I didn't think it could stall. Maybe your test kit has expired or gone bad for whatever reason. Maybe pick up another test kit. I hear the ones from seachem are supposed to be better than the API ones.
