Post Nutrition for health & good color

I am wondering if I need to do anything different to keep my discuss happy and healthy with good colors. So far they are all doing good and yet to show their best colors. They are very young and showing improvement by day but just want to get expert advise. Below is additional background, a pic of the set up before adding the fish and link to the video after adding the discus.

I started the tank with 12 juvi's - got them from macsdiscus, about 2 weeks ago:
    1. "Saphire Blue Diamond Discus Fish" 2 inch
    2. "Alenquer Discus Fish" 2 inch
    3. "Gold Diamond Discus Fish" 2 inch
    4. "Red Melon Discus Fish" 2.25 inch
    5. "Red Ribbon Pigeon Discus Fish" 2.25 inch
    6. "Lake Tefe' Discus Fish" 2 inch

So far the fish are happy, healthy and have settled very well as you can see in the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vtqfn-1zIlc

Blue diamonds, Lake Tefe - have shown great improvement in color. Alenquer is also doing good.

However, gold diamond, red melon and red ribbon are showing very slow improvement. After a lot of research and trying different food, I have narrowed it down to the following diet:
    1. Frozen Blood Worms
    2. Tetra Color Tropical Granules
    3. FDBW + Biopigment Plus (from Aquatic Suppliers)
    4. Discus Gold Plankto Plus (from Aquatic Suppliers)
    5. Discus BioGold

I plan to reduce Frozen Blood Worms over time and keep the rest. My juvi's seem to like all of them.

Is this good enough for my juvi's? Is there anything else you guys would recommend to keep them healthy, happy and colourful?

If it were me...I'd do the FDBW and the DiskusGold. They're 2" fish, so they'll color up with age.

Yeah I would get rid of the gravel and go barebottom with potted plants and 75% daily water changes using aged water from a preheated and dechlorinated barrel. You can use a dechlorinator like seachem safe or prime.
