+1, seachem stability is similar stuff and I have asked them specifically about using it with prime and they are compatible. IMO the claim that you MUST use Tetra's dechlor products with TSS is a marketing scam. Prime simply detoxes ammonia by converting it temporarily into ammonium, which BB can still eat. If TSS bacteria colonies truly cant consume Ammonium I dont want them in my tank anyways

If you want to be SURE the BB product is compatible, grab some stability

I've been using stability after every WC and it doesn't seem to help... I tested my water today and the readings are 0 ammonia 5+ nitrites and 5 nitrates. The nitrites have been 5+ppm for more than a week! The fish are skittish, shy, and sometimes breathe from one gill. They do eat but not aggressive, very catutious. Also whenever I come close to the tank they hide in the corner for 15 mins before coming out. I'm currently doing 80-90% WC daily, triple dosing prime, using a capful of stability daily, salt, and using TSS. At this point im worried about the fish...

sounds like you are on track, but did you ever test your water right out of the tap?

Im thinking Neptune was asking about testing for nitrate out of the tap.

Keep using salt at 1 tbsp per 10 gallons. Half that much will work too, it is very effective at blocking nitrite toxicity. This nitrite spike won't last much longer. The cloudiness will end too, hang in there a few more days.
