We all know Kenny is right. The shame is Kenny has to deal with the time, stress and potentially $ to have this issue resolve.

Let's hope so. Kenny has a lot of people on his side. We just need to get to the ones that don't know him yet. Can't even imagine life before Kenny.

Thanks everyone again for your supporting comments!

Like you all have noticed and just want everyone to be aware that now many of our stolen old monthly shipment fish photos have been moved to his new site discus.com not discusfish.com anymore. It obviously seems to continue to be a sad story here, I guess some ppl never change their set way of doing things, ethically or unethically!

Why can't you bring legal action for that Kenny?

First of all, sorry to see this happen to you, Kenny, Forrest, and the other people that he stole the pictures from.

Legal actions can be taken, but that takes time and resources. In the interim, continue to spread the word. Especially for folks on social media who can expose this crook for his practices. Also, for people who dealt with him directly and had a bad experience, they should post a review. This way, if it is a careful customer, he/she will do a search on google first.

Forrest should come out and/or create a FB page (if he hasn't done so already) and simply state who his distributors are. Namely Kenny being the only person in the US.

Other sponsors here should also start doing what Kenny and Sam is doing, watermarking their photos and putting up disclaimers. I also emailed this guy to ask for a full tank shot of discus but he's unable to provide. So much for the 30k gallons with 25k fishes on his front page. Then there is something else fishy here; shouldn't you say 30k instead of 10k? If it's so state of the art, why not post some photos? Especially if he has the time to "take" all these individual pictures. The site is actually quite well designed, wouldn't that be another red flag that there are no pictures of the facilities or videos of it, etc.? I just hope the potential customer does their due diligence and be able to identify some red flags.

. Are the fish pictured on your website the exact individual fish available for purchase?
    A. We house over 10,000 gallons of water in our state-of-the-art hatcheries.

As with all things in life, there are good and bad. Some can sleep at night knowing that they're crooks and feel no remorse for their actions. Words won't get through to them so it's best to save your breath trying to reason with them. Drown them out with bad reviews/etc. so Google will pull it up in the searches. If someone has the time, should post a sticky thread to educate people on how to shop online to avoid being scammed by con artist, especially when it comes to buying fishes.

Reputable sellers find time to get pictures.
Think with logic and rationality more than emotion. Act with moderation and consideration. Contemplate ideals and realistic goals and weigh out possibilities and options. Temper not with personal delusions or false hope but learn to accept and move on.

This thread is not about quality of fish he sells, who knows it could be just fine I haven't ordered from him personally, this is in regards to blatant photo theft and illegal use of Kenny's/Forrest's photos, and possibly others, to sell fish. What you are buying in those thumbnails in the cart or the photos on the main page are most likely not the fish you are receiving because that fish doesn't nor has it ever existed in a tank belonging to this vendor. Does that mean you won't get a nice fish? No, however it is deceiving, illegal, and just morally wrong. I see you have already found the Livestock review thread so no need to point you there.
