Discus annoyed!!!!

Hi any suggestions for discus which are flicking there fins, brushing themselves off plants, breathing on/off through one gill?? Flukes?? Cheers

I think everyone will need more info. Could be any number of things. Could be as simple as ammonia in the tank or ph swing. Please fill out the questionnaire it would really help
