Ugliest discus I've ever seen

I found this picture while browsing the web and I was absolutely horrified. Whoever sold someone this fish should be out in jail unless it was a cull that a hobbyist kept alive for whatever reason. Feel free to share pictures of other freakish discus.

I doubt they were modified... I've seen some terrible looking fish in our local pet stores

I've seen discus at my local petco that looks like a stretched out football with oversized eyes. There's definitely some poor specimens out there.
