Mix it back in with tap water to the desired TDS. I keep mind at ~180 ppm.
I used to live in a major city and at that time the tds was 550 but the small town I live in over a period of 2 years slowly introduced a reverse osmosis and now my tds is around 25 this of course had a bad effect on my fish losing quite a few the only fish that really seem to do good are my discus. How ever they do not pair off or seem to want to breed. I have used a product called replendish to bring the tds up but it seems not to be the same as regular water. Is this water to soft for discus any suggestions on what I can do would be greatly appreciated.

The tap water right out of the tap is 25 tds
The 25 TDS is extremely low and PH- unstable water to keep your fish in IMO .
You propably need to increase your KH with crushed corals in your filter or something similar.
And you only need soft water 50 -100 tds during the period while the eggs hatch and turn into wrigglers . For discus to pair and lay eggs you dont need extra soft water , but only patience and optimal keeping conditions .
