    Default Best food for growth

After going to a bb tank I now see the mess! My fish seem to love Hikari bio-gold. I remember it's big in Japan. It also seems to be the cleanest. They eat it quick and easier to see when all eaten. I want max growth! Anyone have success with this food. Any similar food that will also be clean. I know that temp and water are 1#. My temp is 84.1 and I do 50 to 75 day changes. Thanks

What I like about this Hikari food is that it's very small and it seem to be the perfect size for them to eat. Just one peck and it's gone!

I traded fish with breeders from Japan, they were calling a method feeding biofeed. They were feeding
dry earthworms made into different sizes of pellets.
They claim growthrate of 6 inches in one year.

Would be nice to see what the experts use. Beefheart even bloodworms are messy.

Fastest growth would be live blackworms but at
the same time the breeders have to deal with diseases, it's a catcha-22.
