Default Please help. Not too sure what is it Gill Fluke? Parasite or Bacteria infection?

    Good day everybody,

My discus is having some kind of problem.
But I'm not too sure what's is that. Please help me to identify it and what kind of treatment should I do?

It's a pair of discus the female just lay eggs few days ago and this afternoon I saw there are few tiny little flies.
I am doing a partial 15 % water change and I found out the gill of the male got something on the right hand side of his gill.

They are in the 40 gallon bare bottom tank.

    Problem

    1. Please explain the problems with your fish. When did you notice the problems and did anything unusual happen that you think started them?
Nothing obvious. Eating well and swimming as usual. The female just lay eggs and the male is guarding the eggs few days ago. This afternoon I saw some of the flies.
On the male right hand side of the gill there are something like a lump around the gill. Not too sure is that gill fluke, parasite or bacteria infection? tumor ?

    2. Symptoms (i.e. turning dark, excess slime, not eating, clamped fins, flashing, darting, clamped gills, white/yellow/green poop, hiding, headstanding or tailstanding, white on tips of fins, rotting or fungus, blisters/white zits on fish, bloated, cloudy eyes, wounds).
Eating and swimming as usual. Minor damage on the fins (maybe due to mating), on the left eye a tiny little bit of cloudy eye.
The main issue there are something like a lump around the gill.
Not too sure is that gill fluke, parasite or bacteria infection? tumor ?

    3. What medications/ treatments have you already tried and what were the results. Include dosage and duration of treatment.
Water changes and low dose Methylene Blue bath for couple mins in a hospital tank.

    Tank/Water

    4. Tank size and ages, numbers and sizes of fish.
40 Gallon tank / not sure about the age / 2 discus female 5-6 inches, male 6-7 inches

    5. Water change regime (What percentage and how often).
    15-20 % every 2 days

    6. How long has tank been running? Is it bare bottom? If you have substrate, what type and how deep is it?
Over 6 months with bare bottom.

    7. Do you age your water? If you do for how long and what is the ph swing.
I age the water in between 24 to 48 hours at 82F

    8. Parameters and water source;

Note: Water Parameters are important in diagnosing problems within a tank. If you don't own test kits for the following information, you can purchase them, test your parameters and post this info as soon as possible.
