    Default Alenquer?

I bought these two discus around 10 months ago ( they have now paired up and spawned many times) as Alenquer F1's.
However, I'm thinking only one is an Alenquer and the other is possibly a Royal?
Here is the fish in question ??:

Alenquers in the wild can range from nearly solid to a partial/full royal. Do you know if both parents were both Alenquer? Nice pair BTW.

Oh, okay. No, not sure of parentage. Bought them from Uncle Sam's Discus.

Any chance of you trying to raise any? And no problem on the compliment because in my book that is an awesome pair!

I plan to try to raise some fry this summer, when I have more time. They spawn pretty regularly, but the eggs get eaten because in tank with other discus. It will be a new experience for me. Ive had discus for about 15 years, but have never tried to get fry from them.
