The Jehmco linear air pump (Medo brand)....I have the LPH 60 and very quiet and powerful.
Are the Jehmco linear piston pumps significantly quieter than the Alitas? I've had an Alita 15 for 2-3 years now, but it does make a noticeable hum.

Thanks for the response, Francis.
Is it "living space" quiet, or quiet for something that supports that many tanks?
My Jehmco pump will run 60 sponges. The only reason I know it's running is because I see bubbles.

I love my ALITA.
Have you gotten your hands wet today?
I really like my Alita as well, but it's in the living room. The hum is noticeable. Just wondering if the smallest Jehmco is quieter than the equivalent Alita. Might just have to buy and find out, as it seems they are very quiet. Worst case scenario, I have a backup pump.
This ^ is the goal.
