    Default Pristina Liedyi Smith worm

Anybody here have any experience with this worm? I read one comment in one of the YouTube videos about this worm that it's harmless to the fish. I've been focusing on trying to kill this worm with Kusuri Wormer Plus and Levamisole(Prohibit). None of them seem to kill this worm.

And another video. Are you assuming the worm is harmful to the fish? Comments on the video embedded below suggest otherwise.

I have seen worms like this a few times in newer tanks. I think I was overfeeding. Its some type of oligochaete. Some have bristles. I took the fish out and tried to eradicate them with high doses of levamisole and fenbendazole, and the meds didn't hurt them at all. If you keep the tank clean they will eventually go away. They are harmless as far as I know.

I didn't know if these worms were harmful or not. I just know that one of my fish that died had these worms(from a fecal sample i made) and i thought it was the cause of death. But as i kept looking in google i stumbled upon one Youtube video(not the one i posted) where a comment said that it was not harmful to the fish. I figured i'd ask here whether this was true or not. I also tried killing it(in another fish that i'm currently treating) with Flubendazole and Levamisole but it did not harm the worm. If it's true that it's not harmful to the fish i'll just ignore it when i see it in the fecal samples.
I can't see your video at the moment Pat since Youtube is blocked at work. I'll look when i get home.
