Velvet?

Hey all, I’ll answer the questionnaire a bit later, but I was curious what this might be? I thought excess slime coat, but my lfs said looked like velvet? I’ll include photos of the the 2 affected fish. Interestingly one of the affected fish just bred and seems fine other than the white layer on him. Currently running rid icy plus on entire tank. This all started after feeding live black worms.
