Default beef heart vs chicken/seafood mix

For a long time beef heart mix has been the holy grail. I have made bh mix and it's
a pita. I decided to switch to a chick/ seafood mix comprised of wild salmon, wild shrimp,
fdbw, prime reef flakes , kale, garlic powder, paprika and vitamins and the whole thing took
about one tenth the time of making bh mix.
Shouldn't this be as good or better then bh mix?
    Be interested in you comments.

Chicken is going to be fattier than beef heart. Mostly though, the bacterial count is much higher with chicken than beef because of the way poultry is slaughtered. I think beef heart alone will provide all the necessary nutrients to raise multiple generations of discus, but there's nothing wrong with adding other stuff.
