Default Suggestions for attaching anubias to turtle shell

I found a turtle shell in my pasture months ago. I've let it sit for a long time waiting on all the coloring to fade completely away and now its just bone (all white.) I want to put it in an aquarium as a decoration but I want to attach some anubias to the top of it. Usually I attach anubias to wood using zip ties but I cant do that in this instance because I don't want to have a clothesline type piece of plastic on the underside of the shell.

Any advice for doing this? Can you use glue in an aquarium?

Super glue gel. Just make sure it's 100% cyanoacrylate.
