    Hi Igal and welcome to SD. Sorry you're having trouble. It would be best to fill out the Disease Questionnaire (link in red at top of page) so folks have more info to go on. First impressions from the pic, however, are that the fish is probably too sick to recover and may need to be culled. It would be good to figure out the problem though to protect the rest of your fish.

    I would also agree with Steve to fill out as much of the Disease Questionnaire. My thoughts from photo show infestation of white spots if on the fish and not glass pane that resemble ICH which is a parasite and will spread to other fish if no action is taken.
