Default Miniature Horses playing in snow

We are experiencing a snow storm in NC. Here is a video of my two miniature horses from out my bedroom window. Don't worry they have a barn they can go in but they choose to stay out and play in the snow. This has been going on all day.

Why should they miss out on all the fun! That's a lovely view you have from your bedroom window, and i am sure that when you see them you just want to go out an join in the fun.

oh you know they are pat, when their winter coats come in, it adds like 3" to either side of them when looking at them straight on. and in the winter when its dry and cold, their fur is all static filled and sticks straight out. so funny

My horse is so old that she can no longer eat hay. She get's a complete feed 3 times a day. She's a failed race horse but these days mostly just goes clipty clop. The other evening when it was bitterly cold I called her to come eat her dinner. She came at a full gallop, bucking and farting and tossing her head like a young filly showing off. It was a beautiful sight.
