I have 5 rt"s and 1 bss that to my best calculations are a year old this month.
They are all in the 6 to 6 1/2 in. range and healthy as hell.
Question- I am now feeding them 4 x /day, fdbw, chicken seafood mix and discus chow.
They get the fdbw 2x/day but sometimes I switch up feeding chicken mix 2x /day with the chow.
I guess my question is do I need to feed them as much or should I stay with the same regimen
considering how healthy they are?

My take is If they are healthy why change it, one tends to increase the amount of feed and/or the quality protein when you want to breed them.
me personally feed my fish at least 4 times, also important is that they consume the food in all cases. and not necessarily the amount of feedings.
