    Check your pH. Thats a classic pH burn from a crash.. I have had it happen here . If you catch it soon enough the eyes usually heal but it can lead to blindness if you don't.

    Ph seems normal now. 8.2 as usual.
    I was treating him with clout for gill flukes when i first noticed the eye. Used it twice with 90% wc in between Maybe it altered the ph.
    Stopped medicating and doubled the wc, at 90% twice a day now. Hopefully he recovers soon.
