So I went to my LFS and he has two beautiful brown discus that seem to be the same strain. Brown with vertical lines. The female looks healthy, but the male is pretty skinny and with a pinched forehead.

The fish are 4"+ and are at a nice LFS that is well kept. They are 70 a piece and wanted to know if a pinched forehead is indicative of internal parasites that can be treated with medicine like Seachem metroplex or something else.

I just wanted to know if a pinched forehead was reversible and what caused it as I couldn't come up with much on google. Thanks guys!
