    Default Easiest plants

    Hi,

I have a 220G tank with 25 discus and want a nice large plant. I have always avoided that as I don't want to get into the work of keeping plants alive, but just wondering if anyone has good recommendations for plants that are easy to care and don't need allot of UV light?

    Thanks
    Brian

    Brian, Welcome!

Theres alot of more qualified plant keepers here than me, but have you considered a nice piece of driftwood with anubias and Javafern or moss on it? They are really easy to care for. You can also get away with elevating the plant closer to the lighting in that 220Gal.

With a tank that big I think Amazon Swords would be cool.
Echinoduros Amazonicus is a big round leaf sword.
You want to put them in clay pots. Cause the root system
stays well in the pot and the plant grows. I think 4 of
them would look cool in your tank. They get pretty big.
    Get the big ones.
