Smallest discus had a shimmy...WC all good now?

Just thought I'd mention, as I did research really quickly and decided not to go epsom salts and panic. I am assuming a mild case of bloat?It was water change day and all seems good within 1 hour post wc. Thought I'd put it out there. In any case I hope all stays well...ps will have pics and video as promised lol Brutal I know.

Ty , just waiting on some kind of half decent camera really. What I have for cell phone camera is washing the tank out.

I should have mentioned I hopped on here right away and followed the advice I read. That being, just let things go and it usually goes away on its own ... basically change nothing from normal routine. Would have taken further steps if necessary. Thanks again SD.
