Enheptin (2-Amino-5-nitrothiazole) was removed from the market by the FDA due to concerns over carcinogenicity several years ago.

What about isometamidium chloride (Trypandium Samorin)?

Thank you for that info. I've had more trouble finding isometamidium in the USA, than dimetridazole or 2-amino 5-nitrathiazole. Thanks, I did not know it was called Enheptin. I can only see isometamidium on Alibaba and I've been burned trying to buy things from that website in the past. I'm a little gunshy.

Steve, I am looking to start a research project to test 2 chemicals on infected fish. I am actively trying to find a student interested in research project and then I'll see if I can convince Dr. Smith to come on board as advisor. I will work off the previous research that has been done.
