They're beautiful Sanjay. I don't know how to judge show grade discus but the last has stunning shape and color mate. VERY nice!
Well that was worth the wait! So gorgeous Sanjay. I’m no judge but that sure looks like a prize fish to me. I’m just speechless here! WOW
Patty
If the discus are happy, I’m happy
Wow beautiful Fish! Congrats on your success! How many times did your pair try until you had success?
Nice work and healthy juveniles
These are gorgeous! Also, maybe these are what Forrest refers to as Rafflesia crosses!
What's most interesting to me are the pictures of the entire spawn. Clearly there are some with bars and some without. The segregation pattern indicates a rough 1:1 ratio of pigeonblood to non-PB. Obviously one parent was originally PB and one parent was not. The ratio also suggests that PB is a semi-dominant trait (otherwise it would have been a 3:1 ratio). It's not clear whether one or both parents carry the gold gene.
Nice going!

At my age, everything is irritating.
These are AMAZING!! Great job. Do you have any for sale?
Thanks a lot Patty I'm so happy with the results. I will only be keeping 1 fish from these, need to downsize more ..
Thank you ! I think 1 attempt only, male previously had good success with another female.
Thank you Mike
Thank you Willie, I should correct this, I mistaken the female to a golden rafflesia but its actually a Yellow Panda (PB based) the fish with bars in the tank are from a different pair
I'm happy with the outcome from this pair however, have very clean fish and no trace of peppering.
Thank you ! I do have some for sale, but I never shipping so far...
