Wow , what an amazing Biotope and Tefes, Tobi.
Did their colours changed noticeably once you've introduced biopigment fdbw as a staple ?
It would be nice if you have a "Before photo " of them, to add to this thread for comparison.

I have some bfore fotos from the early days when I got them.
I’ll post a couple of comparisons below. To be fair though, they’ve had a full year to grow and develop and weren’t at their best in the before shots, but the orange becomes painfully obvios in these comparisons.

    One:

    Two:

And another before the biopigment influence, although you can already see a hint of color in the caudal fins:

Honestly though, it doesn’t really bother me as I know they will go back to normal eventually, just thought it would be interesting to see what (too many) red pigments can do to greens. So from now on no more red foods, will stick to non color enhanced pellets and blackworms, switched to the spinach variety recently
    Regards,
    Tobi

I personaly love those enhanced colours Tobi , but since you obviously are a biotop and wild discus lover I can understand you wanting them to look more natural and less colourful.
Anyway , the job you have done with them is pretty noticable on the comparision pics and exceptional. Well done Tobi .

Great idea Tobi. Do another After -After photo sequel of this thread once you get them off the pigmented food for a while . And try to use the same photography settings this time .
