The camera is brutal, the one on the left has the spotting and the others have none.

Lol, I will see if I can get a better side shot. I turned off the bright leds.
Those spots look like the color of the fish.Looks normal to me.
Some PB's have a way of changing color over time.
That is a good one I hope.
Ah, I think i get it. Like Mervin said, if you are talking about the white spots along the bottom and possibly fore head of the fish, these are common to many discus, and them being white is the PB version. Some patterned PB's won't start showing their pattern until they are a year old or so. I think, like many animals, the young's coloration is not necessarily what you'll get in the adults. At least it doesn't look like they have much peppering
Mouth looks weird in that pic but perfectly normal. No very little peppering , these were juvies I picked up from a local hobbyist that bred "white faced yellows". In the meantime the parents were pretty much orange as well as the juveniles I bought from him.(only purchased some juvies). They have been doing great and are a nice size. This I found to be odd with the fish. I am thankful for this site, and ty for all the input on this. I guess it's nothing to worry about.
Thanks for the side view and looks for be normal for this guy.

Just a quick side by side, the peppering is not bad at all. Thank you everyone for putting my mind at ease. I will post a tank shot as soon as I have access to a better camera....which will be soon I am sure.
