    Hi and welcome Andy .
Your stocking list sounds OK to me.
Apistos can be a little aggressive when they spawn and ward their "house with kids " but given the size of your tank and your discus it will be nothing they can't handle IMO .

Is your tank ready and cycled yet ?
Can we see any photos of your tank scenery yet ?

It has been a while since I had bleeding hearts but from memory they are reasonably competitive feeders - any others with experience with these. Otherwise sounds fine but you are missing a bristle nose catfish.

It is currently stocked with Tropheus so need to sell them first. I will be buying Stendker Discus do to my water being harder.

    So geayi would be ok?

Not sure about geayi . I've never kept them my self .
Hope someone with first hand experience on them will chime in .

Bolivian Rams are definitely okay and very colourful, so maybe look at them

Google search "Stendker companion fish," and you will find a nice PDF by Stendker with a list of suitable tankmates for discus. I disagree with a couple of their catfish recommendations, but mixing fish is rarely perfect.
