    Paul when you do switch them to cod try and mix in paprika. Your fish have been getting alot of red pigments from the salmon... the cod will be lacking this.

    Will try the paprika, in the mean time I am getting filthy looks already for the economy class meal rather than 1st class

    Lol! Paul you could also stick with the Salmon, just decrease the number of feedings and amounts.

    I’m sure with the wild salmon you’re fine, they’re quite lean compared to farmed. From what I read you want about 10-12% fat in the discus diet, should be bang on. I wouldn’t worry about saturated or not. Just like with human nutrition, it’s not the type of fat but the quality that makes the difference. No better fatty acids than the ones you can find in wild salmon.

    I did give it a try the other day btw, reviews were 50/50. But that’s the case with most foods other than blood or black worms, half of the fish look at me like I just ate their babies when they don’t get their favorite
