Here's another shot this week. there are 4 that are all relatively the same size with one smaller one. I think the move to BH flakes in the AM has helped with water quality. Otherwise no other changes.

Hi all - the remaining 5 are still hanging in there. I've moved down to a 50% water change daily and have moved over to more flake foods. The water does seem generally clearer. I've noticed on the snakeskin that it does have a flared gill on one side. Al's post in another thread shed light on the fact that there was likely a mineral imbalance during one of the growth spurts. I think if I were to start this over I would begin with BBS and move to a variety of dried food fairly quickly.

Thanks Jeep. The big turq is looking pretty good imo. I'm still bummed about my losses a few months ago as it could be a pretty good group. But this has been a very educational experience so thats the take-away for me so far.

Here is a picture of the largest one I have. I think overall a pretty nice shape and really starting to color up too. Im just using a cheap office-type LED for lighting.

I've continued with the BH flakes and 50% WC's every 1-2 days.

A few more recent pictures. Everything seems status quo with the every 1-2 day 50-70% water change and BH flake feedings. Isnt the 6 month check in soon?!?
