When they reach about 3 months old but will change if bioload and feeding increases as well as water change. I try not limit my water change and also good filtration would be ideal for overcrowding tank especially when you have huge batch.

I have one 8 months old batch, a couple of them are still <4".
Wonder if I shall still give them the last boost with over-power-water-change lol.
