Please help!!! My discus getting bullied by others

Hi, please help!!!
I’ve got 6 junior discus in my 240l fish tank, five of them picking on one. That one stop eating, gone really dark, just staring at the corner. Rest of discuses nearly doubled in size since I bought them 1.5 month ago, but bullied one stayed the same, so he become smallest in the tank and even more stressed.
Worried that he’s going to die, but not sure what to do. Please help!!!

Im sorry you are having issues here.
I think your best bet is to pull the fish and put it in a hospital tank for some Tlc. Is that something you can do?

Thank you for the quick reply. I’ve got smaller fish tank what been used for aging water for my main fish tank, I can put him there. But I been told that discus is a shoal fish and it can die if left alone in the tank.

Though they do feel comfortable in groups the part about them dying if alone is not true.

HI and welcome Lana .
Agree with Al . At this point he's better off on it's own .
Don't put him in the aging tank though, because he won't stand the constant unaged water changes .
You need a separate QT tank- 10 Gallons will suffice and aged water WCs for him too.

I had the same thing happen to my smallest guy moved him to a qt but it was to late and he ended up not making it . I have heard that if u take them out they go for pick the next weakest link in the group . But so fare my dicus have been good now they still chase each other out I think that’s normal .
