How to get DEEP BLUE coloration
On the Facebook side of things Simply Discus there was a post recently of 369 pictures from Volkers Discus Paradise Berlin; my question is...how do you get the deep blue coloration like on these???
100 discus display * (2) 55 discus breeders * (4) 29 breeder tanks/fry tanks*
(2) 55 discus grow out * 40 Hex discus * 265 saltwater predator tank *
150 saltwater FOWLR * 75 gal reef * 20 coral frag

Mostly genetics but good combination of blue / red power leds or Pink neon Tubes also enchance the colours .You can see the pinkish hue on the background of the second photo that helps the blue colour look more "deep" .
Finally , there are also photo editing features to fine tune the colours and hues for that final look .
BTW that was Stendkers discus album so if you buy a Stenker blue it will have pretty much the same colour like on the photos .
