It's been a while since I've checked in here, but wanted to share a quick pic of one of the Peruvians. They're in a 100-gallon tank now. I keep it very dark, but they all appear to be doing well.

    Cheers!

Do we see the Peruvian Discus imported very often? I agree with Pat.

I don't think so these days. I believe wild discus imported from Peru were more common in years past. Maybe I'm wrong, though. Anyway, thanks!

    Hey Al.
Thanks, but no spawning activity yet. I have moved them twice in the past four months. I just keep upsetting them too much. Finally now they are in a 100-gallon tank where they will stay for a while. Three of the five look great. The other two are lagging behind a bit and are getting a bit skinny. I just started making my own beefheart mix....literally this week, so we'll see what happens. Others from the same import are available to me if I choose to buy more, but I think I have enough for now.

    Cheers,
    --Brian
