I'm curious who among our Fishy forum friends has a digital Camera(not including your smart phone) and what do you use it for?

My discus are not fat...just big fish-boned
I have a few of them, one that's pretty nice, but I don't know where they are. I've fallen into the trap of instant gratification with my phone
I have a Nikon D80. These days I mostly use it for fish pics.

We have a Nikon Dx, but our laptop is down so I use my phone for pics I want to post here..

If the discus are happy, I’m happy
I think most here know I use Nikon gear for nature, mostly birds but I also like landscapes and fish photography which is still a work in progress.

Your discus are talking to you....are you listening
Canon EOS rebel t2i and about 5 go pros.
I use the go pros for my in/out car experiences such as racing, drifting, etc. and the Canon for just about anything else.
Edit: doesn't mean I know how to use them
I have a D80 with a 24-180 lens and I also have a Nikon 300mm and several other different pcs.
The D80 is a great camera. Mostly nature, landscape and family.
I also have got back into film with a Nikon 2000. To me this takes more
of a knowledge of photography then digital. But they are all good.

Pentax crop sensors (K20d, K-7, K-5, K-3), Pentax FF sensor (K-1) with various focal length lenses.
I shoot macro, landscape, portrait, wildlife (when I can). I have done weddings, but don't like doing them for hire.

some of my work accepted by Pentax (the camera bodies I use): http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidgray
I have a Canon POWER SHOT SX170 IS. I put it in auto mode & let it rip. And that's all I know on how to use.?
Nikon D3300. I use it for fish, travel, nature, kids, anything and everything. I love that it takes stills and video! The digital SLR I had prior to this was before they figured out how to add video capacity. I used to routinely have a camcorder in one hand and a still camera in the other at events!
I have a Canon EOS 6D with a few different lenses. Although lately, I haven't had much time to take it out of its bag...
Canon 80D with original kit lenses plus a Tamron 600mm zoom and a big Vivitar flash. Also still hanging on to a Pentax Spotmatic 2 and a full range of optics for it (high school photog). Bought the new rig for vacations, which includes nature, landscape, and pretty much anything else, oh and Discus. I find myself using the 600 on a tripod taking fish pics in my living room. Only way to get one fish in the frame ata time.
I had been using Nikon DSLR but quit after my maybe was born.
Since baby's "things" were heavy enough when travel.
Then I went Olympus M4/3 (E-M5) with loads of lenses...
which are lying around in deep dust since last time I touched it, Obama was still the president.
But lately I found my balance of life.
Sony compact RX100M4 was so good and practical, that I also bought M5 even I barely used M4 once a month...
Water change is not just a chore, it's my life now...
I have a Canon EOS Rebel XTi, which I use solely for fish pics when they cooperate...………………….Jim in Ohio
